Be prepared with your specific policy information (insurance company, primary member’s name and date of birth, and contract number). Our friendly and informed staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have. The following is a list of some of the MEDICAL insurances we are in network with: Priority Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, ASR, Medicaid, and Medicare. We do not participate directly with most VISION plans but do offer special discounts and packages on our services & materials to those that have an active VISION plan.
Sadly, common vision plans like Eyemed and Vision Service Plan (VSP) have made policy decisions that are unsupportive of our practice and our patients. They have mandated new policies and procedures that would force us to provide you with less quality at a higher cost. It was time to end our relationship with these vision plans as they were not good business partners for the practice. Please see the link below explaining further.
We accept cash, check, and credit cards (including HSA and FSA cards) as forms of payment, as well as Care Credit. Non-covered services and co-pays are expected to be paid on the day of your visit.
